1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Orders outside the UAE will not be accepted or fulfilled.
2. Delivery Hours & Slots
Standard delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change)
Delivery slots displayed at checkout are based on operational availability.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions

Peak demand periods

Operational constraints

Force majeure events
3. Minimum Order & Fees
Minimum order value and delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Promotions such as “Free Delivery” may be subject to minimum spend thresholds and may change over time.
4. Temperature-Controlled Delivery & Perishables
Orders may contain fresh, chilled, or frozen items. We use temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain product integrity during transport.
Delivery is deemed completed when the order is handed to the customer, a person at the delivery address, building reception, or left at the delivery location in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
Customer responsibility begins upon delivery completion.
Customers must promptly store perishable items appropriately after receiving the order.
5. Address Accuracy & Customer Availability
Customers are responsible for providing:

Correct delivery address

Correct phone number
-
Clear instructions (building, apartment, access)
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected slot.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable:

Delivery may be rescheduled, subject to availability, or

For perishable items, if delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund, and
-
Additional delivery charges may apply (where applicable).
6. Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect the delivery upon receipt.
If there is an issue (missing/damaged/incorrect items), customers should notify us within a reasonable time after delivery, preferably on the same day, in line with the Refund Policy.
7. Partial Deliveries / Substitutions
In some cases:

Certain items may be out of stock

Partial delivery may occur

Substitutions may be offered only where applicable and generally subject to customer approval (where operationally feasible)
8. Multiple Shipments & Multiple Charges
Orders may be delivered in more than one shipment. Where applicable, multiple charges may appear on the customer’s statement, reflecting separate processing entries.
