1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or place orders.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have legal capacity under UAE law.

 

 

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Multiple accounts by the same individual

  • Chargeback manipulation

 

 

4. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Violate UAE laws or regulations

  • Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems

  • Impersonate another person

  • Register multiple accounts for the same individual

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten employees or partners

  • Attempt to interfere with Platform security

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

 

 

5. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel affected orders

Certain goods are perishable and require proper storage after delivery.

Risk transfers upon successful delivery.

 

 

6. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are displayed in AED

  • VAT included unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change without notice

 

 



7. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is authorized

  • Confirmation email is issued

We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 

 

8. Payment Security & Apple Pay

All transactions are processed via secure SSL encrypted gateways.

We do NOT store:

  • Full card numbers

  • CVV

When using Apple Pay:

  • Transactions are tokenized

  • Authentication is handled by Apple and issuing banks

  • We do not receive full card details

 

 

9. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Request identity verification

  • Refuse suspicious transactions

  • Suspend accounts involved in abusive chargebacks

In case of chargeback disputes, we may submit delivery proof, IP logs, and transaction data to financial institutions.

 

 



10. Delivery

Delivery is available within UAE.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customer must:

  • Provide accurate address

  • Be present at delivery

Failure may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

  • Designs

  • Software

is owned by or licensed to Old Bazaar General Trading LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

 

 

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for:

  • Content

  • Privacy policies

  • Practices

Access at your own risk.

 

 

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

 

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Liability shall not exceed the order value

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for improper storage after delivery

 

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Old Bazaar General Trading LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws

 

 

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Technical failures

 

 

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
