Where We Deliver

We deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE. Coverage includes Dubai's main residential and commercial areas, from Jumeirah, Business Bay, and Dubai Marina to Al Quoz, Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, Mirdif, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Village Circle, Arabian Ranches, The Springs, Dubai Hills Estate, and surrounding neighbourhoods, as well as other Emirates.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available based on slot availability. Ordering earlier in the day gives you the best chance of securing a same-day window. Available slots are displayed during checkout.

All deliveries are handled by our own team in temperature-controlled vehicles. This is essential for fresh and chilled products including white cheese, kaymak, dairy, cold cuts, and fresh produce.

Free Delivery Threshold

Spend AED 105 or more and delivery is on us.

For orders below AED 105, a delivery fee applies and is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Fresh and Chilled Products

Perishable and temperature-sensitive items: dairy, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruits, and vegetables, travel in properly refrigerated conditions. If you are ordering a mix of chilled and shelf-stable products, they are packed and handled appropriately within the same order. There is no need to place separate orders for fresh and pantry items.

Order Cut-Off Times

Available delivery slots and cut-off windows are displayed in real time at checkout. For the most current information on same-day availability, check when adding your address during the order process.

Payment at Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available if you prefer to pay on receipt. Online payment options: Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay, are also accepted at checkout.
